Is there a free trial?
Buyer Pro includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Cancel before day 7 to avoid charges. Business and Enterprise are not eligible for the self-serve trial; talk to sales for a pilot.
What does ‘unlimited’ mean?
Unlimited features (catalogue search, Enterprise RFQs) are subject to a fair-use policy. Sustained automated or abusive usage that materially exceeds peer accounts may be throttled.
Is account support the same as managed sourcing?
No. Account support helps you use the platform. Managed sourcing is hands-on human sourcing work (brief intake, supplier outreach, sample coordination, recommendation report) and is only included in Enterprise.
