To operate the marketplace, verify users, coordinate payments and logistics with vetted partners, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data, on a need-to-know basis, with: suppliers/buyers as needed to fulfil orders; vetted payment-coordination partners engaged on request; vetted logistics partners (carriers, freight forwarders); verification providers; and tax or government authorities when required by law.
4. International Transfers
Data may be processed in Thailand, the EU, and the United States. We use appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and for additional periods required for tax, legal, and dispute purposes.
6. Your Rights
