1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RL Group Asia marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the organization you represent.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
4. Marketplace Role
RL Group Asia is a marketplace facilitator and managed B2B trade desk. Contracts for the sale of goods are formed directly between buyers and suppliers. We provide directory listings, verification review, logistics coordination and dispute mediation. Managed payment coordination and trade assurance are available by request for eligible orders; automated escrow is on the roadmap. RL Group Asia is not a regulated payment institution, bank, or insurer.
5. Fees
Platform fees, service fees and any transaction-coordination fees are disclosed before an order is placed. Third-party payment processor fees (if any) are charged at cost and disclosed at the time of the order.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for illegal goods, sanctioned trade, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Thai or international law.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by RL Group Asia or its licensors. Limited license is granted for normal commercial use of the Platform.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RL Group Asia disclaims all warranties and limits liability to the amount of fees paid to us in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration seated in Bangkok under the Thai Arbitration Institute rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
