1. Accounts
You agree to maintain accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
2. Buyer Obligations
- Provide accurate shipping, billing, and customs information.
- Pay for orders promptly and in good faith.
- Inspect goods on receipt and report issues within the dispute window.
3. Supplier Obligations
- Complete KYC/KYB verification before listing products.
- List accurate product specifications, pricing, lead times, and origin.
- Comply with all export-control, sanctions, and labor laws.
- Honor contracts and deliver according to agreed terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not: list prohibited goods (weapons, narcotics, counterfeit items, sanctioned products); manipulate reviews; circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform; or use the Platform for money laundering.
5. Content & Listings
You grant RL Group Asia a non-exclusive license to display your content (product listings, brand assets) for the purpose of operating the Platform.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, our policies, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of pending orders.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RL Group Asia against claims arising from your breach of this Agreement, your listings, or your transactions.
8. Modifications
We may amend this Agreement with notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
